It’s a great reminder that a fact only tells you what has been observed so far, while the truth describes how things actually are. No matter how many white swans you count, it only takes a single black swan to prove the overarching statement false. To generalise or summarise: the truth is the fullness of knowledge and facts with full context etc, whereas facts are isolated data based on a limited scope of knowledge or info.
